And the journey begins.....

So, I thought we could get in on the "blog" phenomenon and everyone can keep up with our little adventures.  We think our life is pretty entertaining, and this way we can share it with our friends and family.  Now that we are a family of 5, it is a little hard to keep up with it all, but this will be a great way to chronicle our life.  Thanks to all the friends who have gone before us in the "blogging" world....I can't wait to get started.
Now, to catch you up a little....
Right now, we are in the midst of massive sleep deprivation and newborn baby bliss.  Greer just turned 7 weeks old, and we are still getting used to our new addition (and she is being very patient with us....most of the time!).  If you didn't know, she had a short stint in Children's Hospital because of a fever.  It turned out to be a simple cold, but at 5 weeks, they don't mess around.  We got the full septic work up and stayed 3 nights....loads of fun!  At least Charcey stayed with us, and Daddy did a great job holding down the fort at home.  He got first hand experience with making Valentines and attending school parties.....  Greer's next adventure begins on March 11 when she will have her first laser treatment for her Port Wine Stain.  I'll catch you up on all those details later.  Reeves is thriving in Kindergarten, and we just can't believe that he is more than halfway through the year!  Baseball got started last week, and he is so very excited.  The boy has lots of energy to burn. Speaking of burning some energy, he ran 31 laps yesterday in the Boosterthon FunRun, so, if you are sponsoring him....it's time to pay up!  It was soooo much fun.  Thanks to all of you for the support.  Lucy is our comic relief and my little helper.  She started a new preschool (in addition to her other preschool) in January, and she loves it.  She feels very special to have "2" schools!  Next year she will go to the "new" school exclusively, but in order to get a spot there, we had to put her in this Spring....we are happy she is adapting so well.
Now that you are caught up on our "life"....I can't wait to fill you in on our daily adventures (hopefully we can give you a laugh a day!).  Enjoy, and please keep in touch!
